What is the credit check process?
In most cases, Equity Flow does not undertake a credit check as part of your application for a early settlement bridging finance loan.
What documentation do I need to apply?
You will need your contract of sale, proof of the size of your mortgage and a copy of your passport or driver’s licence as proof of your identity.
How is the loan secured?
An Equity Flow loan is secured through a caveatable interest in the property being sold. This results in a notice being lodged on the title of the property confirming our interest in the property. This notice is withdrawn when the equity loan is repaid as part of the property settlement process.
